Sputter Coater Targets
Sputter coater targets available for depositing thin layers of conductive metal onto non-conducting (or semiconducting) specimens or surfaces prior to observation with a scanning electron microscope (SEM).
Sputter coater targets are available includes gold, platinum, iridium, platinum, palladium, silver etc with purity better than 99.99%.
Targets are typically of 0.1 mm (100µm) thick. Other thickness are available upon request.
